TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE URBANOWICZ EMBROIDERY GIFT CARD
I. General Provisions
§ 1
In these terms and conditions of the Urbanowicz Embroidery gift card, hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions", the following terms shall be understood to mean:
a) Publisher - Sport Fashion Mode Teresa Urbanowicz, Trzebnicka 52 Street, 50-231 Wrocław. NIP: 8950008569,
b) Gift Card - an electronic voucher in the form of a plastic card, issued to the bearer, entitling the User to redeem it at the Publisher's online store. The Gift Card is not an electronic payment instrument, electronic money instrument or payment card,
c) Customer - a person who purchases a Gift Card,
d) User - any holder of a Gift Card,
e) Store - the online store located on the website www.urbanowiczhaft.pl and its sub-sites,
f) Funding Amount - the value of the Funding of the Gift Card.
§ 2
The regulations specify the conditions for issuing and using the Gift Card

II.Issuance of Gift Card
§ 3
The Gift Card is sold at:
a) Urbanowicz Embroidery stationary store, 123 Stablowicka Street, 54-062 Wroclaw.
b) Urbanowicz Embroidery stationary store, 11 Kanonia Street, 54-062 Wroclaw.
c) Online store www.urbanowiczhaft.pl
1. The condition for issuing a Gift Card to a customer is that the customer purchases it at the cash register of the stationary store or on the website.
§ 4
1. The Gift Card can be used in Urbanowicz Embroidery's online store at www.urbanowiczhaft.pl immediately after the Card is issued to the Customer.
2. The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. The Publisher may carry out and cancel promotional actions, consisting in particular of issuing Gift Cards with expiration dates other than those specified in paragraph 2 of this section. This shall not affect the expiration date of previously issued Gift Cards.
III. Rules for using the Gift Card
§ 5
1. The Funding amount represents a prepayment for future purchases made by the User in the online store.
2. The Gift Card entitles its User to pay with it for goods offered in the online store.
3. In the Online Store, the User redeems the Gift Card by entering by entering the special code placed on the Gift Card, in the appropriate field during the ordering process.
4. The user may use the Gift Card at one time, until the funds accumulated on it, resulting from the value of the card, are exhausted.
5. If the value of the purchased goods exceeds the current value of the funds accumulated in the form of a prepayment on the Gift Card, the User shall pay the difference between the price and the value of the Gift Card in cash, debit or credit card.
6. If the price of the goods purchased with the Gift Card is less than the value of the funds remaining on the Gift Card, the User is not entitled to receive change in cash.
§ 6
1. The issuer will refuse to redeem the Gift Card in the event of:
a) lack of funds on the Gift Card;
b) lack of sufficient funds on the Gift Card to allow the purchase of the goods selected by the User, in a situation where the User refuses or is currently unable to pay the missing portion of the price in the manner described in § 5.6;
c) expiration of the Gift Card. In case of permanent technical impossibility of redeeming the Gift Card on the website www.urbanowiczhaft.pl. The issuer undertakes to refund the amount that was included in the Gift Card.
§ 7
1. Funds accumulated on the Gift Card are not subject to interest and, subject to § 6 (2), are not refundable to the Customer or User, in particular, the Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash, in whole or in part, and may not be returned to the Issuer or exchanged for other cards or vouchers issued by the Issuer.
IV. Return of goods
§ 8
1. Goods purchased in the Urbanowicz Embroidery store with the use of the Gift Card are subject to return according to the general rules provided by law or additionally adopted in Urbanowicz Embroidery stores.
2. If the User returns goods purchased with the Gift Card, the refund shall be in the form of an exchange of products for a new product
With a value equal to the value of the returned goods. V. Liability and complaints regarding the Gift Card.
§ 9
1. Complaints regarding the issuance, recharge and use of the Gift Card may be submitted directly by e-mail to: pomoc@urbanowiczhaft.pl.
2. In the complaint, the claimant's contact information should be provided so that a response can be provided, and a description of the event giving rise to the complaint.
3. The publisher will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
