SHIPPING RULES
In order to finalize the purchase and process the Order, the Customer is required to select the corresponding method and cost of shipping the goods, available in the summary of his shopping cart.

1.SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs for a set/order of Goods are specified each time, under the heading "Shipping". These are the costs specified for one full order.
Shipping costs are subject to change depending on the quantity and weight of the items ordered.
There are situations in which shipping costs will be determined on an individual basis:
- For large-volume or pallet shipments
- for shipments over 30kg
- for overseas shipments
- For shipments by a carrier other than those offered by the Online Store
- With additional customer requirements for shipping or packaging
2.SHIPPING METHODS
- All shipments from the Store are made through available suppliers, using registered courier services.
- The store does not carry out shipments by unregistered letters, as it is impossible to track them, and in case of loss - you can not file a claim.
- The store provides the customer with a shipping registration number upon request.
DELIVERY METHODS

- Orders are delivered to the address indicated by the customer once, and in his absence are available for pickup at the designated point.
- The courier delivers shipments to the address specified by the customer. During his absence, he is required to make multiple attempts to deliver the shipment, only then the shipment is handed over for collection at the designated logistics point. 

- The Customer is most often informed of the courier's intention to deliver the parcel via SMS. This service is possible only if the Customer has given the Store his cell phone number.
- The Store provides the possibility to use other than the proposed shipping methods, but this is possible only after contacting the Store and determining the details of delivery and shipping costs.
DELIVERY TIME
- The delivery time is specified in the regulations of the carrier selected by the customer.
- Delivery delays are beyond the Store's control and are beyond the Store's control.
- According to information provided by courier companies, shipments are completed within 48 hours on weekdays Monday - Friday.

Lead times for parcels, packages and letters are subject to change in the case of:
- Shipment of a shipment to a locality with limited staff at a Logistics Outpost
- severe weather conditions
- other unforeseen situations

All of our delivery methods include a guarantee of delivery to the customer within 48 hours of sending the shipment.
Shipments sent cash on delivery Store performs only on the territory of Poland.
